Please note that we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are offered at our discretion.
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
If the shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
If shipments go unclaimed and are returned to us, you are liable for the cost of a reshipment.
As a part of our return/replacement policy we ask that you please email email@example.com before returning any items so that we can process your order in a timely manner.
